A little over two years with them and they do not listen or even try to understand what people are going through, as someone that has a neurological syndrome I need help with paperwork and all I get is "take ten minutes out to do it", " just call us". The paperwork I have piling up as I cannot understand a lot of what it says to me, these are not helpful people and 90% of the "appointments" are an hour of nothing but "did you get the paperwork ready?" "why not?" "we tried to find help but nothing has come up", I have been through several "case/care managers", and now they're trying to get me into some "graduation" process that doesn't make any sense to me as I have not gotten the help I need. Maybe they see me as an hours worth of pay? Meeting their "criteria" for the month... I have no idea but when I decide to bring these issues to the front of any conversation I get the run around and brushed aside, moved to another case/care worker. Whatever is going on here is not making any sense as they seem to care more about what they look like to others than they do about helping people. If this "Health Service" does not know how to help someone with my difficulties in living they need to say this so I can move on from it.
The caseworkers are nasty and lazy and don't do their jobs while the clients are left with no proper services. My loved one is hopeless, sick and suicidal because of them. It's disgusting.
