WORST SERVICE. Deserves less than 1 star. Staying at BW down the street. Whoever answered said he’d be 10 mins...waited 20 so called again to see how long...said 2 mins. WAITED and waited until we decided to just call Uber who got to us in UNDER 5 mins. Also, never got a call saying he even arrived/asking where we were. Never again!!!!!!!!! Reason why UBER IS TAKING OVER.
