I waited 45 minutes for a taxi. The first driver couldnt find the address even though he called me multiple times to confirm where i was - not only the address but the building name and restaurants in view of my location. Then, i called the operator and they told me to be patient. After 30 minutes waiting i called again asking for a new driver, who was initially 5 minutes away and yet took 15 minutes to arrive.

Wow I should've listened to the review the guy that picked me up was rude and ignorant and smelt terrible I would've been better off walking

Ordered 2 cabs, only 1 showed up. Told the driver we ordered 2, then he just drove off with no explanation. Waited more than an hour and a half. Cabs never came. We ordered an UBER instead.

Surprised by all the negative reviews. I book a taxi in advance once a week and it's always there early and every time the driver has been friendly and a great conversationalist. Always a good experience.

Awful experience. Dispatch sent the cab to the wrong address twice. Actual cab driver was very nice and helpful, but honestly it should NOT take an hour to get a cab. Very disappointed. Will not recommended.
