Horrible experience My emotional support dog and I could not breath. And my dog got hurt because the seat was so high. And I think dog now has a very very very serious hip injury. I believe the glass was vinyl and there was a smell that was so bad I had to ask the driver to open and turn all his windows all the way dow. And still my dog and I had to put our heads out of the window to barely breath. I was really scared!

Always late even if you pre book. Rude customer service who hang up on you during hold. Honestly I can see why people prefer uber and I'll be switching too. Not worth the stress.

Same thing as any other taxi company in the toronto very pricy, and the only great thing about this company is the drivers other than that the price is high.

Ordered a flat rate taxi, driver refused to honour the price and insisted on meter. on top of that he kept the meter running while we tried to call the office. Office confirmed flat rate was booked but is at drivers discretion???? Totally unethical and thieving company

This review is based on my experience of nearly being run into on the highway by one of these drivers and then watching them nearly killing [the occupants] of 3 cars ahead of me. Driving at least 150, hazards on, weaving in and out of traffic, and moving in between cars on the dotted line. If I had been able to get the license or car number, I would have called the police. I was barely able to get the first numbers of the phone number which is how I knew it was Crown. This person should NOT have a license.

Arranged 5:45am pickup last night for a flight this AM. Called at 5:15am to confirm it will be on time, dispatcher. I get a call at 5:48 car will be there in 10. Car shows up 6:03am, two non-functioning seatbelts for my kids, dirty TH cup in the cup holder. These guys are awful and unreliable.

Not reliable!! Ordered cab day before for 8am and was told they would arrive a few mins before. At 8:05 called to find out where they were and was told someone would come soon. 15 mins later called again and was told there is NO guarantee that a car will arrive at a pre scheduled time. Car arrived 30 mins late. Not acceptable.Service: Limousines

Frightening as heck. I walk with an assistive device flagged a cab, it was Co-op/crown. I put my mask on properly and then grabbed the handle to open the door only for him to pull away with my hand stuck in the handle. I screamed & he stopped. With the door open I tried to get in and he then says "I gotta pick up" although I flagged him down & he stopped for me & then for no reason took off. I didn't do anything wrong I hailed a cab and it happened to be CO-OP. I called them to let them know about the situation and she responded "Call the Police" Not our problem. WOW!! Like that didn't occur to me. The point was to let the company know so they can retrain some drivers and staff about customer service etc BUT THEY DON'T CARE FOR OUR BUSINESS.
