Royal Orchid Health Wellness - Thai Massage, Organic Facials,Best Couples Massage Calgary

I have been to this spa a few times, and they always exceed my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the friendly staff, lovely music, and a soothing, comforting environment. My partner and I usually go in together for the couples massage. It is very relaxing, and the massage therapists know just which pressure points to hit to relieve any pain or tightness. We have also had facials done as a part of the couples massage. My skin is quite sensitive to chemicals, but they only use all-natural, organic products at Royal Orchid. All in all, a very soothing, relaxing experience. I recommend anyone and everyone to go there!

We just had an amazing valentine’s couple massage almost as good as a wine-filled meal at a nice restaurant!! This isn't super surprising, Generally, as couples for a massage for two we feel like we are on vacation, celebrating a special love occasion, so "why not” because massage therapy is always so good here feeling great at Royal orchid wellness.

Don’t bother. Not sure how this place still exists seeing as forgotten appointments/ locked doors seems to be a reoccurring theme with this spa. On Friday I called and booked a couples massage for the following Monday at 11am. Our appointment was confirmed via text the day before. We arrived to locked doors, which in itself was puzzling as their business hours clearly state they open at 10am. So we called but no one answered our phone calls either. Sadly at 12:30pm we finally received a call. She apologized and said “the massage therapist was at home with her sick husband but we could come now at 50% off.”

The Best therapeutic massage in Calgary, biggest thumbs up with the massage therapists at royal orchid are really professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and fabulous!! They do the best work on therapeutic massage with hot stone massage and Thai massage stretching. I am so appreciative and highly recommended. Wonderful experience with the 70 min massage therapy session and it’s worth every penny. The tightness and pain of my muscle is gone. They had online booking which I loved.

I scheduled an appointment for the first time in over a year. The last time I had gone they forgot I was coming and I arrived to a closed shop. Being a mother of one, that was pretty inconvenient. This time I decided to try again and explained when booking that we had scheduling problems before. When I went there I again arrived to a closed shop! I am now a mother of two and was really looking forward to a little pampering. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I probably won't get another opportunity to book a massage for at least three weeks. I urge you PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, keep looking for a place that actually keeps their appointments.
