Being that I have taken massage therapy classes , I know a bit about how to give a excellent massage and know techniques . I walked in with a Mva injury that was reinjured during physio .. i was given a gc at xmas. This was a bit pricey and don’t think I will go again for more reasons then one. I walked out with a migraine .  I found that the person did not know what she was doing as she had no proper posture or technique for treatment as a rmt. I wanted a therapeutic massage and with muscles like mine And to get working them you need to warm the muscles up to relax and treat the muscles. As well when a client is mentioning pain (which I said multiple times / ouch and to ease up ) you need to ease back and not put pressure. She kept right in digging and going back to the same tender areas . When it was done .. I was greeted coldly by my therapist with water .. no Home care given and the receptionist was rude as the reviews said .. if I didn’t have a gc I would not of gone !

Just had an amazing experience when my fiance and I went there for a hot stone couples massage. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly from the check in staff to the ladies doing our massages. I never felt rushed and the room for the couple's massage was roomy and ambient.

Front desk lady is extremely rude with no manners. She talks to customers with zero respect. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. They are losing customers because of front desk staff.

Front staff member was extremely rude and not helpful! I didn’t even get to the point of booking an appointment this time because she was so rude. Unfortunately I will not be returning for services.

I enjoyed Lakeside Spa, for the most part. I thought the couples massage was decent; our massage therapists were pretty good. The room itself was very classy, with a fireplace and ample room between the tables. Unfortunately, the resting headpiece (laying face down) was a bit uncomfortable due to how small the opening was for your mouth.

I was a bit miffed that there was literally nowhere to place or hang your things in the room. Also, there is no locker room, just two single person change rooms for dressing/undressing. There is no shower or sauna. I did not appreciate having to go home with oil on my body and clothes.

The lobby was okay...there was "reading" material and cucumber/lemon water. It wasn't very relaxing though because of the bright light and visibility coming from the mall through the glass walls. Just a minor nitpick, though. The receptionist was nice; benefits went through okay.

For the price, it's pretty good. I just wish their facilities were a bit more inviting.
