I am from Toronto visiting and this was my first time here. The space inside is beautiful, bright and clean. The selection of colours is great and the staff are so nice & helpful; no rushing or rudeness. Very good salon.

Amazing service. I reached out very last minute wanting to get a full gel set. They managed to get me in the next day!! Was very impressed with the inside. Clean and bright. I had Ha do my nails and she did an Amazing job. The owner came over to do the air brushing on my nails and he was the friendliest man! Jason was also amazing. The customer service here is above and beyond! My appointment ran 30 mins after they had closed and not once person rushed me out of there. You have a customer for life! Thanks so much Ha!

I have been in Brantford a little over one year. My daughters recommended that i have my nails done at Royal Nails. I cannot shout loud enough about how i love this place! This was my first time coming here! i was a little nervous only because i hate getting my feet touched, but i thought i’d treat myself! this was the best experience i’ve had in a very long time. the gentleman at the front desk came over and asked if i was comfortable and if i wanted a drink! it was amazing!. the lady i had was gentle but the massage was great! i will definitely be coming back !!Services:&nbsp;Foot massages

This is the only nail salon that I will go to to get any type of nail work done. They always treat me with delicate and amazing care. They are so customer friendly and they are very helpful in answering any question you have and provide options. I have never left Royal Nails upset or disappointed with my new nails; which I usually feel sad leaving other salons. I recommend Royal Nails to any and everybody in Brantford to visit. You'll never go anywhere else.

I made an appt to this place as I’m new in the area, and I have to say I was really disappointed in my services a couple weeks ago. I had gone in for a full set and pedicure. To start off, my pedicure was crooked, two of my nails were cut on a slant, and during my pedicure the towel was so hot that it scalded my toes.  It seemed that at that point the tech was too busy asking other techs about my design for my mani she lost interest in my pedicure services.  By the time I got to my set, the bio gel was uneven, every nail was a different shape and I had asked for a simple design that the tech struggled with, eventually passed me off to the owner who did the quickest job he could to get to his client waiting and my nails looked rushed and botched. I ended up paying over 100$ for services! I will not be ever returning after that experience.  I’m shocked this place gets 4 star reviews …Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Great customer service. Great work. Decent prices and the best part is THEY SPEAK ENGLISH. UNLIKE  LUXURY NAILS BY THE WALMART.  100 percent would recommend
