Just love Ashley! Not only does she do a great job, but she always tells you what to expect during the procedure. At first years ago I was scared out of my mind of what to expect. With her guidance and advice, I am now comfortable every time I go back. I hope she never retires!!!!!

Ashley Brown SofTap Permanent Makeup has made my life so much simpler! As a very busy mommy to triplets and twins, I dont have time to put makeup on and often my appearance is the last thing on my mind. However, since I have gotten permanent eyeliner, lipliner and full lipstick, I wake up in the morning looking fabulous, and ready to face the day. Ashley really takes her time to find a color that fits my desired look and lifestyle. She thoroughly explained the process from start to finish. I was comfortable the entire time. She has very fair, affordable prices and I look forward to getting my touch-ups done soon.

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am that I found Ashley and took the plunge to have soft-tap permanent makeup done. For the past 20+ years, I have penciled on my eyebrows. I had a makeup artist tell me once that my face would be complete with my brows framing my eyes (versus the very light ones I had). I liked the look so I had feathered them on every day since. For quite some time I had been thinking about getting my brows done the soft-tap way as a friend of mine shared that she loved hers. I searched the internet for someone here in the Friendswood area and found Ashley. I am so glad I did! Ashley has a wonderful way of putting one at ease from the moment you meet her. When I showed up for my appointment I wanted to make sure that my brows were penciled the way I like them so that Ashley would know the shape and color (I figured I had perfected my look over the years). Ashley is really good at what she does; she already had the same color in mind. Ashley offered some advice on tweaking the shape of my brows and I could not be more please with the results. Before Ashley evens starts tapping in the color, she draw the brow line to make sure the shape and color is what you want (the color does start out darker, but will lighten up a bit). I was concerned about the process being painful, but did not need to be. Before Ashley evens starts tapping in the color, she will apply a numbing gel to the area. Then I got really brave and decided to have my eyeliner done as well. I have never been one to let anyone get close to my eyes, but the numbing product she uses is great so there was no pain. Some might think I have gotten addicted to this soft-tap makeup, well maybe I have, because the final thing for me to do was to get some color in my lips and define the shape. The lip liner and lip color are a shade apart and all I need now is lip balm on my lips. No more lipstick stains on my glasses or coffee mugs! I love having natural looking color on my face. If you have been thinking about getting permanent makeup done, Do It! With Ashley as your artist, you can’t go wrong. I am so glad I met you, Ashley. You are such a wonderful person. You did a fabulous job with my brows, liner, and lips.
