What a mess! I moved to Europe, and although we had labelled all boxes with their contents, the employees packing merely wrote "Stuff" and "Things" on the manifest. i.e. Kitchen Things or Children's Bedroom Stuff, etc... The car was shipped as well, but the shipping Company did not request all the paperwork from me, so that created another issue. How was I to know what to provide, that is why I hired a professional, right? Of Course, German Customs halted the shipment, which delayed it by a week +, and cost another +1000€. We argued about the payment, and still had to pay 650€. I never like paying for others mistakes. It doesn't bode well with me at all. So, would I recommend them at all, no. Can't say that I would.... I'd Hand out a 1/2 Star if Google had it. I will say though, if Royal Moving doesn't like my review, hey, no problem! I can remove it..... for 650€ :-)

Worse ever shipping company i have delt with. So laid back, you have to follow up with them daily or nothing will heappen, very slow and always late. Avoid this company by all means.

I had an extremely bad experience dealing with the Royal Moving. My belongings were delayed for 40 days after arrival to Canada. I was never contacted by them. I was the one to initiate all the contacts, with a reply of :"Early next week due to unexpected delay". To be able to track my shipment I needed to contact the original shipper abroad who provided me with all the details and allowed me to discover their delay. and the total duration of my shipment was 90 days instead of the promised 45 days. They tried to bully me to pay 500 Dollars for random port inspection fees, and when I requested more details and provided them with the correct calculation, they threatened to delay me delivery and charging me a storage fee. To be fair, and I know that many people say: "I gave 1 star because I cannot give zero". I would still give them a star because of the excellent and professional porters who delivered FINALLY my belongings home.

Professional movers....their internal company cordination to move furniture from one place to another is amazing. All our items has been delivered to us with no damage. Also their storage service is very cost effective. I paid around 100bucks for 1.5 months of storage of 2bedroom apartment stuff. Highly recommend!!!

BEWARE!!!! This company hires third party companies for services at origin and destination and then after they complete the work - Royal Moving does not pay the invoices. We have been all the way to Abu Dabai trying to collect for the three jobs we did for them back in August 2015 -definately not recommended - for any work/services
