Absolutely terrible! Walked through our home, and assessed that everything would fit in one truck load- I didn't think it would, but he insisted it would. They damaged our master bed, scratched it, and other furniture scratched, even strapped our metal bbq ($1500 bbq by the way) to the back of the truck, dented it.... also the items that didn't fit - he said was not his responsibility???? really?? Then on top of it, had the audacity to ask for a tip for his load mouth workers who kept giving opinions about our furniture- called my 5 yr old daughter's chair (bought from bombay kids) a "hooker's chair".. wanted to punch the jerk in the mouth. I had to do 5 minivan loads (half hr each way) on my own. Stay far, far away.
