Cailey, Amanda, and their extended team provided a level of service we have not witnessed with any other realtor in Toronto. In the last ten years, we have bought and sold several properties with different agents in the GTA and Vancouver.  From this experience, we are sure that Heaps Estrin is the best there is.  They helped us both sell our old home and find our new one. We were able to sell our old home well above asking, and beyond our expectations. They then provided excellent guidance and insight towards purchasing our new home in this challenging market. We plan on working with HeapsEstrin in the very near future to help our parents with their next move, and strongly recommend them.

My experience of working with Megan and the Heaps Estrin Team was very positive and enjoyable. From thoroughly explaining current market conditions during the purchase of the home to effectively marketing and selling the same property, no stone was left un-turned. They were very prompt in responding to any calls or emails. The level of commitment and experience was impressive from the get go. I look forward to working with them in the future and would highly recommend them.

First and foremost, I firmly believe that Cailey and the Heaps Estrin team care about our family and want the best home to fit our lifestyle. Cailey and Megan have shown us dozens of houses over the past few years and we have never felt any pressure or sense of urgency. When we finally found the perfect new home, Cailey negotiated the sale professionally and communicated with us promptly every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Heaps Estrin team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
