We have had nothing but positive experiences since we moved to the Kelvingrove Apartments. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner, residents are friendly and amenities are close by. Thanks so much to Rebecca and Andre for your positive attitude and your quick response to any maintenance issues.
Quite an interesting area of Midtown Toronto! My boyfriend has been living in this area of a year and a half, and the units have character and the layout is pretty nice for a 1930s built apartment. The tenants around the area are very pleasant and if you're an animal lover, quite a lot of people have dogs and cats in the area. So it is pet friendly :. I've also gotten to know the property managers, Rebecca and Andre, and they are a charming couple whom I've chatted with during my visits - entertaining and down to earth! The team has worked so hard to keep this place in tip-top shape and I respect the effort they have given. If anyone is looking to rent, I would recommend this place - great service, nice people, and shops are just walking distance 10 minute walk, which is pretty good.
I highly discourage anybody from working with this company, regardless of the poor quality of units. I booked an appointment to visit a 2-bedroom unit to rent, the lady who is in charge of lease office had a very rude behaviour towards us my wife and I. She was obviously unsatisfied with her job and had no idea how to treat a prospect tenant. We asked to visit a parking space, she refused to do so and said "This is not necessary, why do you want to see the parking space ? What is your car, tell me so that I can tell you it fits or not !!" Is people stealing your units ? Arrogant much. You guyz really in need of thinking about attending a customer care course. We decided not to do business with such an uncultured company.
The weakest and most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever seen was the time I booked an appointment with this complex's office manager. This woman was impolite, she reluctantly showed me a unit. During the visit, her behaviour was strange, when I asked a question, she was shouting when responding. The quality of the units were not worth of the price asked. I would suggest hiring a more educated and well-mannered person as the office manager.
I am enjoying my living experience at Kelvingrove. Pleased will the quality of renovation work,. Apt feels / looks new and clean . love having washer / dryer and AC. Management works hard and is invested in taking care of the property and the needs of its tenants .
I had a visit meeting with Valeska, she showed me a couple apartments a couple of weeks ago, I don't normally write reviews but I was very impressed with her customer service, I had a ton of questions and she was able to answer my questions and concern's, and I must add how beautifully kept the landscaping is. I'm looking forward to joining the neighborhood. breath of fresh air, thank you to Valeska for showing me around!
The units are terribly renovated and sound proofed so that noise is unbearable. For 2000 per month you should be able to not hear your neighbours. The onsite managers are incompetent they will refuse to address your issues capricious and will harass you for the smallest things. I've been harassed since the first day I moved in!
Poor communication skills and lack of response to emergencies and complaints by residential managers. We need new management!
Terrible customer service. Stay away!
