Do not use this real estate company. Steve Nehlawi has no attention to detail and does that ever he can to cut corners. He manages condos for the owners and does an absolute horrible job. He does not follow-up with requests and has to make multiple trips to fix one issue because he is ill-equipped to remedy even the simplest problems. If you bring up an issue to him his standard response is if you don't like it then move out. Hardly what you would want to hear if you were an unit owner. He has no concept of how to be a proper handy-man and is a very poor realtor. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
