As a resident of North Toronto, she’s helped create a richer world here in her own backyard. Her real estate skills have helped bring many new families into the area, an achievement Patrice sees the results of daily. “It’s wonderful going to activities, shops and restaurants and running into my clients,” she says. “It’s nice to catch up on their lives, see how they’ve grown into the neighbourhood.”

She’s enriched her neighbourhoods on a personal level, too. Along with her husband and twin sons, Patrice volunteers and contributes to local schools. She’s also a regular presence at Wanless Park, whether she’s enjoying a game of tennis, or discussing local interests with neighbours while walking her dog Cooper. And as a major fund raiser for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and a participant in runs such as the Run for the Cure, it’s clear that Patrice goes all out to help people live more fulfilling lives.

Patrice’s mix of caring and entrepreneurial spirit was in full swing as early as Grade 5, when she ran her first charity event. After finding success in consulting and marketing, she created Settle in Toronto Relocation Services, helping executives new to Toronto. Her vast knowledge of the city ultimately made her a perfect fit with Royal LePage, and the rest is happy homeowner history.
