Anthony was incredible! We will recommend him to anyone we know that’s looking to buy or sell real estate in the GTA. He’s smart, professional, knowledgeable and SOMEHOW made the biggest decision of our lives seem so easy. He went above and beyond what any Realtor should do for his clients. In the short time our home was on the market he made sure our frogs and fish survived while we travelled. He also bought the sweetest gift for our new puppy and offered help in the kindest of ways. My partner doesn’t have a lot to say about many people(he’s pretty quiet), but he sure thought the world of Anthony! We would use him again in a heartbeat. But I just finished unpacking, so please not anytime soon :) Thanks again Anthony!

Matthew is firing on all cylinders. He’s engaging, smart, and focused. He's also knowledgeable and has a great sense of style. We wanted a sense of how “market-ready” our house was and what the current market price would be. We made it clear we were not sure when and if we would list it and knew it would be at least a year before we did. Regardless, he took the time to develop a full market binder for us with comparable listings/recent sales, and walked through the house, giving insights on improvements to boost its price/likelihood of a quick sale. His natural style sense and experience meant we have great ideas we’ve been implementing. He’s reached out since several times to see if we’d like his feedback on paint colours or anything else. Superb team, helped me sell and buy in fall 2016! Matthew and Anthony sold my house quickly and professionally. When we had multiple offers Matthews skill and experience shone and we sold my old house for over asking. Once I found a house in my budget in the neighbourhood I wanted to be in Anthony was a great person to have by my side and have acting on my behalf through a very long and abnormal multiple-offer bidding process, when needed we had the experience of the whole Regan team to help strategize and we ended up being the best offer without over-paying for the house!
