I just want to say thanks very much to Jeff and Kate and to your team for all your hard work in getting my house sold so quickly and beyond the price I expected. Your professionalism is none I have ever experienced. Always feeling that my best interest is your priority not the commission. I know selling my house is one of the most emotional thing I had to do. Mainly because I raised my son here and it was my first new house I bought from the builder. Each room shines me and my son's personalities. But Jeff kept reassuring me that it is never easy. Was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his team on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. Jeff took the time to understand our family's many needs and requirements and was patient with us as we visited multiple homes till be found one just right for us. During the sale process, Jeff's team was great at coordinating home-visits for buyers all the while allowing our young family the time it needed to be home when it needed to. His advice was valued and directly led us to getting the price we wanted for our home. Highly recommended.
