We worked with Sivakumar (Kumar) Sivarajah recently and we received a tremendous service from him and his team. Kumar is very knowledgeable and professional with regards to the real estate market. We bought a house and sold our existing house through Kumar. Sold our house within short period of time for a good price with valuable suggestions on renovating the house. Also, he provided exceptional service on home staging which helped to attract many buyers. In addition to help us buying the house we wanted Kumar connected us to a great contractor (Jeya K) for the renovation job at the new house.
