Theepan is an awesome realtor, and is truly amazing at what he does. He is the epitome of professionalism, quality customer service, and always puts his clients' needs first. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I was in the market to purchase my first home in mid 2016, and knew from the moment I walked into his office that I was in good hands. Right from the get go, he asked me all the right questions to better understand by budget, my desired type of home and my desired location. From then on, I truly felt like I was his only client (despite me knowing that he had many other clients that he was also working with!). He quickly got an understanding of my taste and preferences in homes, and would contact me very regularly with new listings that fit my desired preferences (sometimes even the very day these new homes came out). He was always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and would meet me several times a week to show me new homes. While I was incredibly picky with the homes I looked at, Theepan was incredibly attentive to my needs and wants. In the end, Theepan found me my perfect home. It was everything I wanted in a home, and more. The home is absolutely stunning, and now, several months after moving in, I love it even more than I did when I put an offer on it! Theepan did an amazing job selling me and my offer to the sellers, who accepted my offer before the offer date. This was definitely not an easy task in today's market. Overall, Theepan is a fantastic realtor. If you're in the market to buy or sell, give Theepan a call. He will not disappoint!
