Imraz is a very knowledgeable and passionate realtor who has an excellent understanding of the Toronto market. After speaking with several other realtors, we decided to work with Imraz because he seemed reliable, patient, and also took the time to understand what we wanted. Now looking back on the whole process, I can honestly say that he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our decision. Imraz was prompt in answering and resolving any question we had about the condo, while also making sure we were comfortable and well informed every step of the way. What I liked the most was that he was more concerned with helping us make the right decision rather than focusing on what would bring in the highest commission. At this point we feel very confident about our purchase and owe this to Imraz. We highly recommend him!

"When we needed to sell our condo in short order, I got the sense that Imraz would go the extra mile. Unlike many agents, Imraz actually adds tremendous value! He is young, passionate about his services and his reputation for achieving the results his clients expect is entirely accurate. Not only did he accommodate my tight timelines and restrictions but he treated my sale with the utmost care, professionalism and concern. He made me fell like my sale was his priority and he was always available and responsive even early in the morning and late at night. At time where I wanted to cut corners (with staging for example), Imraz took it upon himself to ensure that the decor, photographs and listing were of the best quality. We listed the place on Friday and by Sunday it had sold generating loads of interest and showings in the meantime. We received an offer for more than we expected with a short closing date that we wanted - Imraz made it work out perfectly! As we were preparing to start a family, a primary item on our minds was our new home. We had a friend who had worked with Imraz to find their own rental home, and we decided to give Imraz a call. From the beginning, we were impressed with the passion and friendliness that Imraz displayed. We continued working with Imraz for a few months. Every single conversation, and meeting was met with the same attitude since day one. His caring nature and ability to ensure everything was setup for you, made it a pleasure to work with him. We will definitely be calling Imraz when we're ready to buy our own home.
