I have been going to Royal City Health off and on over the years as I have some chronic issues with my neck and back. Lately I've been treated regularly by massage therapist Mike, who is absolutely fantastic. The pain and stiffness that I experience really limits what I am able to do comfortably; after a massage treatment, I'm pain-free and ready to get on with my day. I send my kids here as well; they're in a lot of sports and are prone to sport-related injury and muscle tightness. Jeannie, Julia, Mike and Lisa have successfully treated them which helped them prepare for and compete in provincial, national and international competitions. We are very thankful for this amazing team of very competent therapists.
The clerical staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. If they can't accommodate us with a timely appointment, they will call us when they have a cancellation. Very welcoming place.

I have been a Mikey Grewal fan for the longest time. I used to see him for my long distance running aches and pains, and I followed him to the new location where he has worked wonders, together with my chiropractor, to help me get through my volleyball season.
Other than being the consummate professional, competent and capable massage therapist, he has great bedside manners, is a great conversationalist. In a nutshell, a great individual whom I am honored to call a friend and have no qualms recommending to anyone.

I have been seeing massage therapist Jeanie for sometime now due to injuries sustained in a car accident.Family members [ involved in sports] have also seen her as well as the physiotherapists. We have all been completely impressed with the entire team;  from the receptionists through to the treatment providers. They are punctual, organized and thorough in explaining the issues, why certain treatment is being provided & expected outcomes. Having the massage therapist for Canada's Olympic Wresting Team, Rick, on staff has been an added  bonus since he has also assisted Jeanie with me, as necessary. Like others, I appreciate professionalism and good service ... and both are present in high quantities at this clinic. I have recommended this clinic to friends/associates, all of whom also speak very highly of their experiences here. In my profession I deal with many "medical" offices and this one certainly stands out from the crowd.

I have been attending Royal City Health and Manual Therapy for over three years, being specifically treated by Mikey Grewal.  I have also had the occasion to be treated by two other massage therapists in this office during Mikey's occasional absence.  In every case I have found the staff very professional and knowledgeable.  The front staff makes every effort to fit in appointments as soon as possible and will often advise patients to book in advance if being seen on a regular basis.  I have found Mikey's treatments invaluable ... I would not be able to function without them!  In my opinion, this is a testament to the quality of service provided by Royal City Health and Manual Therapy and I give my recommendation.

I have been seeing Julia for 2.5 years for massage. She's extremely knowledgable and amazing at what she does! I also saw Pramad for physio for a few months and he is also great! The front desk staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them :)
