Making multiple client appointments for the same time and then running over an hour late on them all without warning or explanation let alone apology shows complete disregard for customer care. I understand there had been a lot of injuries because of the snow but to have lack the courtesy of letting people know means I'll be taking my injury elsewhere in future.
