Medium sized American style traditional diner with ok coffee, usual menu in large portions. We got there just before closing no time for a meal so settled for slice of banana cream pie. It was excellent! Really great flavor and texture, not too sweet, fresh tasting and aromatic. Very worth the visit. But what stood out for me most was the small town warmth, friendliness, good cheer and welcome that exuded from everyone we interacted with at The Royal... waiters, locals, fellow diners. That characteristic seems to apply to everyone we met with outside the cafe and around town and that's why think we will be back here again soon 😊

Whether you're visiting Little Falls or just in the area... So in for a small town, home cooked style meal. This is the place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Royal Cafe has been a part of the Little Falls community for decades, and I expect they will be around for many more years as well. Great food and atmosphere!!

This diner has a very cozy atmosphere, definitely a favorite for locals who are looking to chit chat over coffee and a light lunch. This place nails that aspect, but falls short of anything more. The food looks amazing, but lacks any originality. The burgers were cooked too well done, resutling in a dry & tough taste/texture. As there was no option to choose, I suppose this is the best choice on their part. The french fries taste similar to McDonald's, but unsalted and soaked in oil. Nothing screams out, "I've got to have that again!" I'm assuming other menu items might fair better, but I unfortunately will not be attempting another go-around.

Service was quick and efficient. The food was excellent. Good portions for kids meals.
