McDonald's

Their screens go out all the time inside the restaurant. Somewhat clean. Some employees are really nice others not so much. Love the drive thru, only McDonald's that will give my dog in the car a treat. Food is okay. Usually good at fixing issues. Love the McDonald's app, use it all the time for coupons, never had issues using it at this restaurant.

I found this McDonald's to be well below average due to multiple reasons. The staff were quite rude, and the service was very slow. Plus, when I got my two burgers, both burgers were only slightly warm, and so I requested fresh ones. I overheard two managers complain about my request, and when I eventually got two new burgers, those were also only slightly warm. I've been to plenty of other McDonald's and I'm used to my burgers being hot, not lukewarm. I will not be back to this location.

The staff was a little short with the customers. I felt rushed and felt like I was not important. The food did not taste good. It was a very discouraging experience and I have not been back since.the bathrooms and lobby were a mess and when I told them about it, I felt like they didn't care and would get to it when they have a convenient minute.

Call order in ahead of time and I was told they don't do orders over the phone. But said he would do it. Got there 15 minutes later my food wasn't made and had to wait 10 minutes for it
