I don't know how many times I have to explain to their staff that my gift card number needs to be typed in, as the slider strip doesn't work. Ive been told countless times "Oh I don't know how to do that" I've worked at a holiday for over two years and I know how to do it, but god forbid I tell them how, it's easy so they're either lazy or stupid. One person had on the 'Store manager' tag and he still said he didn't know how to type in the card number. I don't know what kind of operation they're running here but they need to get it together and better train their staff.
