The source is the go to place for all your apparel and skate accessory/hardware needs. Great prices. This location in particular has an amazing staff. They enjoy conversations and genuinely want to help each customer. Easy 5 out of 5 stars. I would highly recommend this location! Big thanks to nick for helping me setup my skateboard. Lots of merchandise to choose from summer and winter goods. Lots of good bargain sales. You should check it out.

Unfortunately I had a less than great experience due to the user interface on the website. I purchased a new pair of snow pants online, and those pants were on sale! Great price and great product. The snow pants were a bit tight so I contacted them to engage in an exchange, but the individual advised that any Sale items are final sale. He was willing to give me store credit, but I would have to pay full price for the same pair of pants, as they were no longer on sale plus applicable shipping, which they do not pay for. This is not made apparent when looking to purchase the item, it is on another web page on their website. Please work to make items that are final sale more apparent, as I should not have to search for a clause on a sale item, not a clearance item. Overall not the best experience, but a seemingly simple fix for future customers.

Excellent customer service, very good online shopping experience. Got a phone call in regards to my order, which really displayed their quality. Great method of communication whereas alot of places would just fire off an email. Keep up the great work!

A great shop to get all my snowboarding equipment and clothing. Staff are helpful and I can tell they are passionate about the sport itself! I must say Blair is my favourite staff member, so knowledgeable and amazing customer service skills!

I ordered a pair of bib pants before the holidays and with understandable shipping delays it turned out I wasn't going to get them before my Whistler trip. Morgan went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop every step of the way while he made arrangements to ensure my purchase made it to me before the trip. I came in today as my BOA on my boot broke - the store was extremely busy with it being right after Boxing Day but Blair was such an amazing help even though you could tell she had lots on her plate! So shout out to you Blair, you made our experience an amazing one!

Amazing staff def come here. Asked for the cheapest complete they had and Got a free used deck and got good deals on wheels bearings and hardware. Gave me info on what Gear I should look for, street skating. Thanks a lot guys.

I was having major issues with insane foot pain for the first time in my life while boarding. Christopher at the 11th Ave store was insanely helpful and patient, spent over an hour there trying on boots and getting me into the correct boot which happened to be the cheapest one they had, DC, so you know it wasn't an upsell and I haven't had any pain since. The guy was very knowledgeable about foot problems and boot fits with those foot problems. 100/100 would recommend. 5 stars all day.

My boyfriend and I visited as he was looking for a new snowboard. The staff was SO helpful, friendly, and educated. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back!

The staff are very rude and hard to deal with. I went to get my boa fixed; they wouldn't help me because I did not buy my boots there. I wore my boots to the store because I was breaking them in. I called before I went down and was told they could be fixed right away. After all of this the salesperson left my boot upstairs and didn't tell me they could not fix it, so I was just sitting there indefinitely. Unless you are buying new gear from them, they have no time for you. They are posers. I have been going to The Source Since 2008, I will buy my stuff online from now on! Don't Support Local Unless they support you!
