I bought a pair of tru-spec pants for $90, ended up being the wrong size so I called this company and they made a promise to contact me when the size I wanted came in, 3 months later no contact from them and suddenly they have no return policy after telling me that if they could not get the size I wanted there would be no problem returning them. With no assistance or any kind of compensation for the lies told by their employees, I will not be making any purchases from this store. I would personally suggest 911 Supply if you are looking for any high end equipment as they have an amazing return policy and I have had no problems with the helpfulness of their staff.

This shop has great military gear, attire, and protection, and they focus on selling to police and military. The store was just a bit off Macleod Trail closer to Blackfoot, nicely laid out, and the staff was helpful finding what best suited my needs & budget I even found some stuff on sale. This store is not just for "tactical" professionals, but is also great for those looking for professional quality gear for camping, trekking, hunting, and paintball. Also, some great gifts for anyone fancying themselves as James Bond.

I used to buy from these guys all the time. The service has went from a five down to a 1 and that's even being generous. My online orders used to be 2 days for delivery and this last one was over 5weeks and I had to go pick it up personally or it woulda been longer.. How ever they never had some of my order still and I just took what they had. They charged me again with the promise they would cancel my online order and that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to see my refund. They used to have such good customer service when they had more than 1 person on staff.

No refunds or returns. If you buy something then end up needing to return it, they will only give a store credit. Just go to 911 Supply down the street, same type of store BETTER policy.

My first time ever dealing with Seals Action Gear was WAY back when I was the 8th grade and I wanted to get some woodland camo pants to use for camping and everyday use. That was back in the early 2000's. Fast forward now to 2015 and I still shop here for whatever I need; such as firearms cleaning supplies, knives, flashlights, backpacks I still have that same pair of pants too, the only thing is one of the belt loops is missing. Like other users have said, you don't need to be LEO or Military to appreciate their fine wares. I highly recommend Seals Action Gear for anyone who is looking for high quality product, and a very knowledgeable staff who are more then happy to help you out in whatever you need. Some of you may look at the price tag attached to some items and wonder "Why would I pay X amount of dollars for this when I can get kind of the same thing someplace else?" The answer is simple, you are paying for quality, and reliability in the field or whatever else the job is you need your kit to perform. 5 out of 5 in all departments!!

Sam was a huge help with the First Spear R Optimized, if you had my color I would have bought on the spot. However I'm not a fan of how you inflated the First Spear prices 30% then have a 30% off sale.

Love the quality of the products you can get here. Very easy to get high quality military equipment without having to order everything online. the staff are very knowledgeable

Worst place i ever deal with ... So slow... Also they are out of stock of a lot of thing that they put online. Communication with them is horrible. I could go on but those 3 are the main one
