Bought a pair of Nike Men's Alpha Menace 3 Shark Football Cleats, for my son. Store has good collection, Floor staff was very accommodating.
Tim made our day! He is so professional and helpful and full of patience with us! We went to couple of different sportchek locations but we didn’t get what we want. Another guy at chinook told us no step on boots no binding but Tim FOUND IT! Finally Tim is the only person who helped us to find all of our ski gear with great deal!
Excellent service this evening in the hockey section. My young nephew is new to the game and we picked out a couple things. The associate asked questions that piqued my nephews interest and made him feel really good about himself. I wish I had the young man's name because I know my nephew will remember this experience as a shaping moment in his hockey career.
After a few years living in Canada, yesterday around 1pm I got to the chinook women sport check. I had a code coupon and i had a lot questions and I was happy to meet the best seller/ customer service at there, a young female, very enthusiastic .As soon as I got to the store I asked how my promo code works and she gave me a very clear information about how it works and for the different products and more she was so kind and helpful all the time. So, thanks for being so kind and helpful. Best
Ahmed took my call tonight and went above and beyond. I had a bad experience with this sportchek store years ago, but now I feel. After shopping here a couple times recently, that the staff has been turned over and customer service is a top priority. The hockey guys have been very helpful.
Placed an online order that shipped from Chinook, was sent only the skis of a ski and binding set, and they offered no solution to rectify their shipment error. We ordered online because we do not have a local store, and their only option given was to visit their store. Staff were friendly, but the outcome and effort from managemet was more than disappointing.
My experience with Sport Chek has always been good. This location is very modern and the ambiance is just right. It’s a good size with good selection of clothing and sporting products. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. Since it is a chain store I always try to see if the stores are consistent in their products and service and I have found that to be so. I will continue to come here and at other locations as the experience is always good.
Good selection of running shoes and decent prices. The reason for 3 stars is the lack of sales associates resulting in long wait times for assistance and the lack of benches to sit on while trying shoes.
Limited choices for hiking shoes Too busy store Less staff available to offer help Spent 20 mins, just waiting for help to pick up right size, asked 3 stuff during waiting. They were all busy to help me .
Bought skis here, the lady at the front desk was all by herself 2023/01/27 @ 12:00, and she was killing it. She should be promoted, dealt with the line up without breaking her smile...not sure what all the other employees were doing?!
