Absolutely the worst! My partner ordered an eternal rose and Ferraro Roche for our anniversary. The box of chocolates arrived damaged. I’ve contacted the customer service and they totally ignored me. They destroyed a memorable day. Don’t waste your money!!

Dead valentines roses for £80. No reply to emails. Terrible service, absolutely atrocious. Complaint to trading standards and will escalate to a small claims court. How dare they. I wish I came across there Trustpilot reviews before purchase. To all else who have been stung, I suggest you take them to court for a refund. Dead, shrivelled flowers. Cheap and tacky.

Terrible company I thought they were good nah they are terrible. Send me the wrong item for my birthday, the ballon is just awful deflated after only an hour and the flowers aren’t good. They never reply at all. I’ve sent them over ten emails I’m exhausted. Don’t go with this flower company waste of time and energy! Also they are crazed on insta, insta doesn’t mean anything. If you want to get scammed then go with this company. If you don’t want to then please go with a different company avoid at all costs!!!!

Absolutely appalling. The flowers arrived rotten, the petals were shrivelled, the wrapping looked like a black garbage bag and the flowers themselves smelt like rotting fish. The flowers did NOT look like the image on the website. My emails were ignored and I was not offered a refund for the £60 I paid.

Avoid at all costs, check all review sites. This company is vile and have no means of communication once you have purchased that's the last you will see or hear from them. What they send you is nothing like the pictures, they are tiny. I got 4 roses for £55 they are crooks

Ordered flowers 3 days in advance of Valentine’s Day and got an email after 8pm the night before saying orders been cancelled and refund would be 5 to 7 days and looks like I’m not the only one! No response to email either.

Ordered flowers 2 and half weeks in advance then I get an email at 21:40 last night saying my ordered has been cancelled! Absolutely shocking

Beautiful fresh flowers that arrived promptly on my chosen delivery date. Was a bit worried after reading the negative reviews after I'd placed my order, but there was no need!! Thank you.

Awful company !! Sent a small box with a size of 10cm even though I ordered large which states it is 30cm for £60! They will not answer my emails at all and are avoiding me. Do not order from them!

Thanks for the lovely flowers, from my experience the service was great! Great flowers, delivered next day nice and early and everything as I expected. That’s my experience and mummy is very happy on Mothers Day, I have only given 4 stars as they are not exactly the same as the website photo, but I am happy as the buds will open I am sure, photos attached. Thank you
