Brown Floral Co Inc

I called Brown Floral today blindly searching for a florist to deliver flowers to my boyfriend's mother for her anniversary after I foolishly forgot. I called in the afternoon and was told deliveries were already done for the day (I understood, it was my fault I was calling late) but the girl who took my order asked the occasion and I explained, she said she would ask if an exception could be made, I didn't expect much but thought it couldn't hurt to ask, when she came back to the line she said they would get it delivered for me today! I was so grateful, that just made my day! I didn't have anything particular in mind just said how much I wanted to spend and they did the rest. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful and of great quality. I really appreciate that personal touch and flexibility they showed me. I will certainly order from them in future!

I ordered birthday flowers for my grandma (I live an hour away) and was VERY specific about what I wanted. They delivered something 2 days late that wasn't AT ALL what I ordered and looked junky. $50 plus $9 delivery for something I could've bought at a grocery store for $19. I called to complain and the owner was extremely rude and refused to even partially refund my money. Next time, I'll order from an online floral delivery service and be sure that I get what I pay for.

A couple bad experiences. Some staff are not knowledgeable, unwilling to negotiate. Will not be going back.
