Beck's Flower Shop & Gardens

We needed a knowledgeable nursery for a girls scout patch and becks took on the task. The staff is very welcoming and the shop is huge with many different flowers all healthy and beautiful. Julie taught our girls about everything needed for the patch and she was very nice and informative. Can't thank becks enough for taking time out of their schedule to help our girls! We look forward to coming back to buy some flowers for our garden. Thank you becks!

I ordered some flowers to be sent to the hospital after a family surgery. My family member was discharged early, but was aware that the flowers were to arrive so the hospital staff was to call once they were delivered. After hearing nothing on the day of delivery I assumed that the delivery didn't have time. I received a call a few days later to say the delivery was attempted but that the recipient was gone. I asked why the flowers were not left with the staff since they were aware that flowers were to be delivered and was told that they didn't know the circumstances of the delivery. I was further going to be charged more for a home delivery or refunded minus the delivery charge because of the attempt for delivery. Just a little disappointed, I wish I would have been contacted once there was a misunderstanding in the delivery instead of days later.
