HIGHLY recommend for your flu shots or covid vaccinations. I am terrified of needles but the pharmacist here is a wizard at giving a painless needle. They are also very well organized.

Extremely rude pharmacist. Does not know nor understand their medicine. Highly recommended to stay away!!!

Rowan's used to be amazing till the son took over. That Jason is so darn rude. One time I went in and seen him tell a lady where to wait for her pills. She stayed there looking at other items. He got mad at that, so he slammed her pills on the counter and walked away!! Wowww. And also very nosey, asks alot of personal questions. Boy he's nothing like his father!

I was a client with rowan's for over a year. I often arrived and waited my turn like everyone else to have someone behind me get served first. I called to discuss this issue and was given lip over the phone and told "i dont see who comes through the door" without at least apologizing for the incident. Worst customer service ever on many many occasions. Transferred pharmacies right away - absolutely unacceptable unprofessional behavior from the owner. My family and I are very disappointed with this rude pharmacist. If I could give a zero, I would. Will never recommend.

I love this pharmacy and everyone who works there! They have all shown themselves to be helpful and professional! I moved to Renfrew from Ottawa, and was using an in town pharmacy for my specific diet program, Ideal Protein. The in town pharmacy decided to stop carrying my products, and I was not happy. I am 40 lbs. down with another 14 to go! The closest pharmacy to sell Ideal Protein is in Pembroke. I went in person once, and the person beside the cash said that they delivered, if I ever needed it. Even to Renfrew!!! Now I call ahead and place my order and pay for it over the phone, and my girlfriend picks it up on her way home! Thank You for the convenience!

I’m not sure how we can trust a medical facility when they sell a pyramid scheme product, and worst of all, advertise it on their outdoor signage. Get rid of the doterra, get out of whoever’s down line you’re in or worse, stop taking advantage of your own down line. I get it, Pembroke is a small town, next to a military town, so MLMs and pyramid schemes thrive here. Please do better. I’m not so petty as to give a 1 star but come on.  Edit: fair, I could see if there’s a demand for a certain product that you’d bring it in. I think you had the perfect opportunity to educate your customers on why you chose not to support a corporation founded on an inherently manipulative business practise. Doterra oils cost more than a non MLM brand, and if you picked a different one you wouldn’t be supporting a brand that overstates the benefits of EOs AND scams “business owners” out of their money. It’s no Young Living, but Doterra is still a pyramid scheme and is shady af.

My wife visits Rowans for her prescriptions and always returns with something nice to say about the staff or the pharmacist.  I myself find it convenient when downtown to pick up a card or bathroom item when I'm in a hurry

Excellent customer service.  Prescriptions are always ready,knowledgeable and friendly staff.  Total recommended this pharmacy.
