Super slow service, too bad cause food is great and very nice restaurant, but 1hr to get your meal is just too long....

Poor service, waited 1hr 50 minutes to get served after the waitress took our order. s Stayed there 3 hours and no staff went back to our table of 10 to ask if we needed anything or if we wanted something... Our waitress took the order and only came back for the bill at the end. What should I pay tip for ? Steak was the worst one I had in my entire life , no joke. Not even just ok, it was awful. First time I write a review, and I surely am not someone who normaly does complain as I know what it is to be poor or to struggle for food. No one out of a group of 10 were satisfied of meal and service. I felt like it was my duty to write this review.
