Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Thank you to Tavon Plema for doing an outstanding job on our kitchen tap installation and double sink basket replacements. Tavon took the time to thoroughly clean out the drain pipes under the kitchen sink too before reinstalling them beautifully straight to two new drain baskets under the sink. Tavon installed our new kitchen faucet rock solid under the counter and it swivels between the two sinks with ease! Gr8 job Tavon. I was so relieved that we didn’t need a new countertop & that you were able to install the new faucet after years of the old faucet shifting and wobbling.nWould definitely request Tavon by name for future repairs. We had an issue with the interior workings of our toilet. I called Roto-router late morning and had a service man here early afternoon.nMike was great. He knew exactly what to do and fixed our issue promptly.nHe was polite, friendly, and efficient. I found the invoice to be fair. Thanks Mike!

Well after 1/2 and hour the service technician couldn't unclog the sink with little effort.nLeft after charging $400 no farther ahead. Rented a snake myself and fixed it in 20 minutes. I will never recommend them to anyone. Poor service.

Tavon and Ryan are my heroes!nWe had another company come in to give us a quote. They didn’t even look and gave us a ridiculous quote. I ended up calling Rotor-Rooter, who came within the first day and started to work.nTavon came first we both thought this is a quick. He started outside going in and thankfully he did because we were both puzzled on what’s going on.nHe spotted something that I haven’t thought about mentioning and it ended up that the pipe from the house to the septic tank broke and then sunk 2 feet down. We discovered this around 4pm. I offered tot help dig, although Tavon didn’t need the help. He still did most of the work I just wanted this done. He did warn me that because it’s so late on the day, the wasn’t sure if this was going to be done the same day.nnHe walked away to call the office and he got Ryan to come, who was home already and out of his work clothes.nHe went back to the office and then onsite with parts.nEnded up getting everything fixed and working by 6:30-ish.nnTavon and Ryan both worked their butts off to get me up and running so that I didn’t have to go to a hotel/motel for the night.nnThank you!

They sent us a rocky or Unprofessional technician to our house to deal with clogging we had, all he did is fish his camera down but he had no clue what’s wrong with drainage, he still charged us over $300 . We ended up fixing it all, we will never again deal with this company, they not as good as they used to be .
