Reliance Home Comfort

Working with Reliance (new furnace and A/C) has been such a positive experience. Efficient, meticulous and extremely professional. We had the pleasure of working with Trevor, our sales advisor. He demonstrated a friendly, professional and knowledgeable demeanour! Anytime that we had a question, little or big, he was there to help. We really felt comfortable working with him as he didn’t push you into making decisions, he didn’t spend his time bashing other competitors and he portrayed genuine compassion in what he was doing. My family was very pleased. Rob and John were our technicians/ installers and they were incredible! They presented themselves professionally and completed their work in an efficient and effective manner. They were respectful of our home and always cleaned up after themselves. I swear, my basement always looks cleaner when they come! What stood out the most for us, is that they took the time to explain and demonstrate things to us in a manner we could understand and relate. They proved themselves patient and incredible polite. We highly recommend this team/ Reliance! You don’t feel like a number but an actual person.

Johnny and Rob did an amazing job installing our new furnace. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From routing pipes and water drainage to make things neat and efficient to making sure the furnace room was spotless when they left. Also they took the time to make sure I had all the knowledge needed to fully understand the new equipment. Now that the furnace is running we can immediately feel the difference in the heating of our house. From the sales visit from Trevor to the install with Johnny and Rob, we couldn’t be happier.

Excellent service. Super nice guy. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was informative and efficient. This is the second time he's serviced our tank and I appreciated him coming a day earlier then my scheduled service appointment as I had no hot water!

Rocco was professional and punctual. I like the call prior to arriving. He explained the protection plan and what it involved. It is refreshing to discuss plumbing issues with a knowledgeable professional. I would definitely recommend Reliance (Rocco)to my friends and family..

Overall great experience, just moved in to a home and found the furnace was not working when the weather turned very cold from one day to the next. In less than 24 hrs, I was able to get an in home appointment with the salesman Trevor, who did a great job explaining all of the different types of furnaces available. Had 2 other companies come in for quotes and Reliance was the best deal by far with an amazing 10 year parts and service guarantee and no payment for 18 months interest free - having just purchased a home this was great. They were able to install the new unit the day after meeting with Trevor. The installers Rob and John were very professional, pleasant to talk to, and also took very good care to lay carpet over all areas they were working and wore protective sleeves over their boots when in the house, I had no clean up to do after they left. I liked how the salesman Trevor popped in during the installation to make sure that I was satisfied with the work being done. I was left very impressed by the whole experience and would highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking to replace their furnace.
