My furnace wasn't working properly and the service guy Jeff Reid was very pleasant and super nice guy. He did an amazing job. We had a really nice chat while he was fixing my furnace. I'm a single Mom and when I told him about my hair dryer not working and I have been waiting for my son to fix it, he rewired it for me. Not many service guys would go the extra mile to help people out. We need more people like Jeff. Thanks again.

I called at 5:30 this evening because my furnace wasn't working. Your representative, Suzanne, who took my call was very helpful and friendly and advised someone would be here between 6-10 pm tonight. Your technician, Justin, was here before 7:00 and I now have a comfy, warm home again. I have found all your technicians great but Justin was the best. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service I received.

John, the maintenance tech, was very punctual and professional during the annual inspection and cleaning of our furnace. We have had the protection plan on our furnace for several years and like the peace of mind it offers us in the event of major breakdown. John also happened to be the tech that conducted the annual service call last year. I have no complaints.

Simon called and said he can come out earlier than my appointment time. it worked out nice considering it was Sunday, didn't have to wait around the house. Simon showed up, introduced himself, was very professional. before we went to the basement, I told him what was happening. Simon said he knew exactly what it was. I had my doubts, especially he didn't even look at the unit. its has been 4 days, and its still working! thank you Simon!

Andrew the Consultant was very nice, He came in, in my last minute request to drop by and check our place. He was very knowledgeable and sincere in assessing our needs for furnace and air conditioner replacement. He wont sweet talk you into buying anything, no pressure just plain and simple advice on what we really need. Dan and Tom; the installers were also awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. They were patient and courteous in answering all my queries. Very respectful of our place, clean up after all the mess. Over all a very satisfying experience, great job for Enercare St. Catharines team!
