Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I needed a plumber right away, and Roto Rooter was the only plumbing company that would come out the same day. The plumber, Rene #1199, did an excellent job and made sure everything was 100% correct before he left. He also answered all my questions. I thought he was great.

My technician was really personable and polite while he explained the costs and benefits. The cost was a bit more than my original budget allocated, but the reliability of the company name, the 6-month warranty, and the professionalism Rene displayed, made it worthwhile. Oh, and he completed the job within 2 hours!

Ability to schedule when I needed and actual work completed was fantastic. Kyle (2267) did a great job and would absolutely request him again. Price however I thought was pretty steep so only reason for less than 5 star review

This team was excellent about communication and letting me know they were en route. Jonathan (1906) and his team were thorough and helpful. They did a great job doing regular maintenance work and were able to diagnose an underlying more serious problem. He was able to phone a colleague nearby for assistance in the matter. We are able to avoid a major catastrophe of drain flooding due to their expertise.

Alan4097, came to my home this morning to assist me with some plumbing and water problems. Not only was he timely in his attendance, he was very thorough in the job that he completed for me. He was also very understanding of the time constraints I had for the meeting I had to go to. Very professional and I appreciate his service.
