We meet with each client to assess their needs and objectives.

Called last week late Saturday evening with a plumbing emergency. No one answered the phone. They called me back. Guy who calls was very rude like I was bothering him. Told him my issue, he shouted a bunch of directions at me said he wasn't coming out that night and I had to wait until Monday while my bathroom leaked water and the main shut off valve wasn't working. I said I thought this was a 24/7 company? Why even call me back? Thanks but no thanks. Had to call someone else

Independence Plumbing is a great business. I had a leaking main line valve and instead of them charging me to come out, Steve gave me direction on how to stop the leak until I could get them out to repair it. I definitely recommend their organization for all your plumbing needs. They get 5 stars and then some. Thanks Steve

I called in a panic and needed emergency service due to a busted pipe in my walls. I was greeted on the phone by a very rude man who seemed extremely annoyed that I was bothering him. He barked at me to send him some photos and rattled off a phone number so quick that I could not write it down in time for him and the barked at me for my phone number. I did as he said and when he called me back, he barked at me to ask me what I wanted. Needless to say, I didn't hire him. I could not believe how rude this man was.

Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, at 4pm after no contact from the business finally got ahold of them. Business stated they had several emergencies pop up, and could not even commit to coming out the next day. Appreciated the honesty when the woman told me I should consider finding a different plumber, but wow was I blown away in a negative way.

This was the worst possible service an individual could receive. He charged $240.00 to put electrical tape on a drain that had a leak. After all of this, the drain still leaks. If you do not want to get ripped off by a crooked plumber, DO NOT CALL THIS GUY.
