When we called for service they gave us a two hour time frame.  After four hours of waiting we had to call another plumber. When company did contact us, they were very rude.  Very disappointed and would not recommend, or use their service ever again!!!!!

We were able to schedule service online and choose a convenient time window for us including evening hours after work which is a big deal.  They call a half hour before arriving and right on time.   Our service technition, Chuck #9840, was very knowledgable and helpful.  He provided great service in a timely manner and our drain problem due to roots in our line was solved.  We would definitely recommend your company and call on you again for our future needs.  5 Star service is much appreciated. Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!  Richard P Chesterton
