Called Affordable Heating and Cooling for a second opinion on a/c. Very glad I did. Turns out we didn't need a new system like I had been told. Unit needed cleaning, recharged, and the thermostat was malfunctioning. That one phone call saved me $6000 over the quote from the other company! I will never call anyone else again.

We sent an email asking for an estimate on a Sunday morning and rich called us first thing in the morning and showed up later that day to do the estimate right on time. Rich took the time to ask questions to understand what our needs were and what the best options were for us. He did an in depth inspection of our heating and air conditioning and didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need. He is very trust worthy and knowledgeable about heating and cooling. If there is a cost effective solution to your heating and air problems he will let you know about it. After we got 2 other estimates which were much higher than Rich We make the decision to go with the best. He came out on time did a great installation everything was cleaned up. He also followed multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. We will never go to anyone else.

I used this company for both my furnace and A/C. Arrived promptly and explained throughly what the problem was and was fixed within an hour this last summer and recently. Very affordable. I even had them clean my furnace and am so glad I did. Highly recommended
