We had a great experience with this company. They sent us Stephan who was knowledgeable and very good at explaining our system to us. He gave tips and advice to keep it going for the future. We will be repeat customers for any other problems and highly recommend calling for septic issues 😊

They were great. sent someone the same day to look at an alarm on my septic system. turned out it needed a new alarm float. The technician was in and out quickly, i recommend Roto Rooter enthusiastically.

Unfriendly. Rude. Lady on the phone wouldn't listen. Not recommending to any of my clients. Workers are incompetent.
