I had a severely backed up septic line. I called John's Plumbing and they were here within about 1 1/2 hours. Very Fast for a contractor. Plumber Danny had the problem diagnosed and corrected within about 30 minutes. Really appreciate the good service - which you pay for. I was told there was a $39 service fee just to come out. Once Danny was here he told me that the cost would be $298 to correct the problem. That is their hourly charge: $298. So, for a total of about $365 including tax all was fine. The price IS a bit steep, and that is why only 4 stars. If it had been more affordable, then it would be a 5 star review.

John's plumbing (Chris D was the plumber) did an incredible job replacing our whole house filter and water softener. I had deployed when the old systems ruptured and flooded the house. They were quick to respond, did not upsell us and guaranteed their work. They finished fast and earned our repeat business with their courteousness and professionalism. John's plumbing and their staff consistently go above and beyond in their customer service.

Johns has done a ton of work for us from fixing leaky faucets, plumbing in a laundry room and repairing our root filled pipes that clogged our septic. They have always been so helpful and professional, making sure we are getting the best service for a great cost. They will forever be our plumbing go to! Thanks for the great service Johns!

I REALLY wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review because the woman who answers the phone, Kim, is always pleasant and the guy who came out to the house to see about installing a whole-house water filtration system, Aaron, was great but I had to call several times to get the written estimate. To this day, and I called again last week, I still have no estimate. I have never had to beg a business to let me hire them for a job, and I'm sure not gonna start now. However, I am thoroughly disappointed because they have fabulous reviews and I was looking forward to working with them. Thank goodness there are plenty of other plumbing companies to call on!!

I live in McCleary (on the thurston county/grays harbor county border) and they wouldn't come here.
