Outstanding service, very fair pricing, extremely helpful. I had an emergency with my sewer line plugged and a sewer snake stuck in the line. Giorgio provided help within hours of calling him. Brad came by, rescued the snake, unplugged the line and saved my day. I had called several others and the best they could do was promise within a few days to come by. Price was very reasonable and fair. Giorgio offered many options to help me save money on the total project to fix the sewer line. You don't get the feeling you're just another problem and another bill to collect. Definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing or heating problems.

Amazing service, Giorgio is an honest man and true to his work. He has been in the industry since he was 15 and local to the Lower Mainland, and I think he's close to retirement? Anyways, great guy and he teaches you preventive measure on plumbing, very few of these old school hardworking plumbers left. I fully recommend! Keep up the awesome work!

Excellent Service. Georgio is very honest and prompt, not to mention very helpful with advice. Also he even teaches you as how to keep the fixtures in good condition and more. He is good at what he does and knows it all. He is so respectful and cleans up after himself. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I had a problem with a leaking hot water tap (valve) that was quickly draining my hot water tank and had to be fixed ASAP. Called a couple of plumbing companies in the immediate area and to my surprise they would not be available for up to two days. G. Rossi was called and said they would be out shortly. I thought much later. Mr. Rossi instructed me on how to shut off the water to my hot water tank and arrived shortly after. He got the job done (replacing the valve in no time). His expertise was greatly appreciated, he worked very quickly, updated the valve to a new style from the outdated one we had and presented me with an invoice of which was less than half of what we had expected. He shook my hand on the way out and left us thinking what a wonderful honest fellow. If you need an honest, truly professional plumbing company I highly recommend them. I'll be calling them if I need any plumbing ever again. Fantastic company.

Prompt and excellent service. We did not have to wait for him and he did a great job with our complicated bathtub problem. He really knows what he is doing and is very honest. I would recommend him to everyone I know!
