I booked an appointment with them. They told me they would arrive at my place between 11-12 and give me a call 15 minutes before they arrive. At 12:30, I had to give them a call to ask where they were. They told me they would arrive at 1. At 1:15 I called once again because nobody showed up to fix my problem and I was told that they have no way of knowing where their crew is because they don’t have a phone on them. How are they supposed to call me 15 minutes before they arrive if they don’t have a phone? Lies!! I was expecting professionalism because I used them the summer of 2015.

Quick, fare pricing and truly people you can trust. We had three written estimated from plumbing companies. Creative was hundreds of dollars less expensive and the two gentlemen that did the work were professional and courteous.

I think they get their name from their billiing practices rather than their work. Review your invoices carefully.
