I really like my doctor when I can actually see him. Even with an appointment you can wait 30-60 min past your appointment time sometimes longer to see the doctor. Walk ins are pushed thru like cattle. Twice my son has been “skipped” or forgotten about by front staff after check in after 90 min, and once this happened to my husband.nIt’s frustrating. It feels like regular patients have taken a back seat after this clinic has exploded in recent years with staff allowing walk ins. They absolutely need to stop allowing walk ins or only on certain days. They do not prioritize patient care. The front staff are disorganized and unprofessional.nDoctors are decent and knowledgeable but get frustrated with you that you don’t come regularly as their patient but when you don’t feel like a priority this is why. Please do better.
Great clinic. Very clean . Staff is helpful and caring. Little play spot for the kids with TV programming that keeps them occupied. When I was there yesterday, a little boy was crying. One of the ladies at the desk tried to help him feel better about being at the clinic. She got him a glass of water and a sucker for all the kids waiting. She did a great job comforting the boy and got him to stop crying. Highly recommend booking an appointment. It helps the staff take care of everything you need.
I have never been to any other walk-in clinic where the doctor was so rude. If you don't want to take proper care of your patients, don't accept more than you can handle. Don't take walk-ins if you won't help. To be told I am wasting his time because I asked for help is very rude, and unprofessional. Even if you smile it doesn't hide the rudeness of your words. Stay away if you want to be treated proper, or even just politely. Once I get my xray results I won't be returning.nnAlso note they only take cash for anything that you'll be charged for, which is extremely inconvenient nowadays. If the girl guides and boy scouts can use cards as payment for their cookies, you should be able to use it for your clinic. Ridiculous.
My doctor here has been good but wait times are long and the reception staff are inconsistent with their ability to provide approximate wait times whether you have an appointment or not. Some staff offer to call or text you when your appointment is close and then others just dismiss you and say they can't approximate wait times or a message when your appointment is close. I often find I have to check in twice or they seem to forget about me. After I check in a second time usually after waiting an hour or more I'm generally seen quickly after.
Worst admin staff. They don't listen to what you ask and talk over you. They say they book appointments then you show up and say it wasn't booked. Our Doctor closed her practice so we were forced to find a new doctor. Now they won't transfer our files unless we pay 50$ IN PERSON and cash only because they have no debit machine...We were only there a year and in that time I missed days of work for appointments and drove all the way there for nothing, now they want me to pay to leave even if I pick up the file personally. Good riddance. Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE unless you want your time and money wasted. The clinic is absolutely horrible and so are the admin staff.
