Booked an appointment for 6:30 p.m. and wasn’t seen until 8:00 p.m. During that time, multiple walk-in patients were seen much sooner than those with appointments. It makes you wonder what the point of booking an appointment is if walk-ins are consistently prioritized.nnEven after finally being called into the exam room, I waited another 35 minutes before the doctor came in. The appointment itself lasted about 5 minutes, and all I needed was a prescription. Spending nearly two hours waiting for a 5-minute visit is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. I won’t be returning.
Dr eljorani is a amazing doctor so amazing as a matter of fact I followed him from spruce grove to Sherwood Park a hour away from our home , the problem is with a appointment at 115 and 130 for my husband, we arrived at 1230 early we know, but expected the wait. We waited until 145 before I lost it . The purpose of an appointment is to get seen by the dr in a reasonable amount of time we were the 3rd and 4 appointment for the afternoon. Walk ins SHOULD WAIT NOT PEOPLE WHO BOTHER AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND DRIVE A HOUR TO SEE OUR DR.nnMy husband went by himself about six or eight months earlier and he’s quietly waiting for over a hour and he went up and they said they forgot about him.nnVery poor office management so frustrating I had to leave today because I was too mad to even see my dr who now unfortunately will be away for holidays
I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Mohammed Mohammed. He is an incredible doctor and always has a smile when he comes in. He listens and takes time to understand what I’m expressing to him. He has helped me so much with my health and diagnosed my chronic illness after years and many, many doctors who dismissed my pain. Dr. Mohammed Mohammed is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to look into issues and come up with a treatment plan. His work, skills and dedication to find answers, have increased the quality of my life so much. I am so grateful to him. He’s also great with children and is such a warm and caring person. If I could give him more stars I would!
Had an appointment for my daughter to see the pediatrician at 9am. We were taken back to a room shortly before 9. We then waited for almost 45 minutes. I finally went out to see what was going on, like how can you be that behind first thing in the morning? Went to thw front to find out the doctor wasn't even there!!! They had no idea when he would be in. Like nobody could have came and told us what was going on? The ladies up front are all the RUDEST people you will ever meet.....and judging from other reviews, I am not the only one who seems to think so. My regular doctor is there and he is awesome but whoever owns this clinic seriously needs to rethink the staffing situation up front.
Absolutely horrible patient care. Was told ill be taken soon, didnt mention the GP’s name or whether they were with a patient. Asked ETA 4-5 times and was told soon or 5 mins. WAITED AN HOUR, 40 mins outside and 20 mins in this cold small room. I leave and cancel my appointment go outside change my mind within 2 mins return, and apparently my unnamed GP is already with the next patient. And no remorse or attempt to get me back. I agree i was 10 minutes late the staff taunt was unnecessary, but when i entered i ASKED TWICE about the ETA and if the GP was available, i was told he was free luckily. And kind of annoyed me into not visiting ANY clinic to be honest for. a while.
