Awesome family friendly recreation center. Great place to take the little ones or older ones. Friendly, efficient staff always ready to help. Ball courts, curling, skating rink and exercise areas. Vending machines in main area for easy access. If you are looking for a homey recreation place then this is it!
I like going to Glen Allen Rec Centre to use the gym. But I’ve been noticing the past few months that the treadmills are always busy. This is the machine I love to use so I would love to see more treadmill machines being installed. It is disappointing to me as an active plus user that I pay for the service but am not getting what I need and want for my money. I find the other machines are not as popular so my question is can these machines that are not as popular be switched out for more treadmills. Looking forward to a response.nThank younRhonda
It's a nice facility for sure, but they really need someone enforcing parking or something.nSo many people where parked in the lanes when trying to get out was completely blocked one way and nearly had to trade paint another way.
Staff are great. The facility feels cramped. Tried the hot tub.
Moved into the area recently and needed a new gym and I could not have asked for a better facility. Great area to work out, tons of extra add ons, including the sauna, whirl pool and shower facilities. Tons of parking and staff are all extremely helpful and welcoming! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great gym / workout facility!
