Saw a few pictures on Instagram and decided to drop by this cafe/restaurant. Beautiful decor, nice staff, so much desserts and pizzas to choose from. As soon as you walk in, you smell the pizzas. You see everything beautifully displayed. Makes your mouth water. I got the chai latte which was very tasteful and a slice of the “succes” which was pretty good but not as fresh and it’s slightly on the pricey side 5$+. All in all, I enjoyed my time at this cafe/resto and will most likely be coming back.
What a fabulous selection of pastries! The presentation and care given to the food is obvious. The owners have definitely taken the time to really give an authenticity to their bakery. The tomato pizza is amazing and their pastries are fresh and delicious. I recommend a drop-in for sure, you won't be disappointed. Venue is clean and welcoming!
Been here a few times and I truly enjoyed each experience. Their tomato pizza is one of the best I've ever had. Tried many other treats and was really happy. It shows this is a family owned business with all the attention being paid to details.
A great family run bakery, and new addition to the neighbourhood. Fresh tasty products. Haven't had the chance to try everything yet. The macaroons, croissants and coffee are delicious. The pizza looks great and will be my next try!
Was very much looking forward to trying the new pastry shop having opened 5 minutes away from me and looking quite trendy. Beautiful place, though unfortunately had a horrible experience. Purchased their coconut raspberry cake for a birthday that same night, made sure to keep it in the fridge for the few hours it needed. We cut 1 piece into it and it smelled an tasted terrible, like blue cheese, clearly molded. I can't say that I have ever come across a rotten cake, especially from a pastry shop, at that price. I went the following morning to explain the situation and of course brought the whole cake with me, minus the 1 missing slice. I was very reluctantly given a refund after having to ask for it and turning down the store credit. Apparently, it was due to the raspberries that might of been molded, that "it happens once in a while", and they "do not offer refunds on fresh goods because they stand by their products". To be fair, I did also purchase a slice of their chicken and red pepper pizza which was good, though the unacceptable customer service and molding cake a very first for me are more than enough to not return again.
Very good! One of the best bakeries in the area. Their pizzas and food are also very good. The owner is a sweet heart and everything is beautiful to look at. They also have coffee. Looks spotlessly clean.
I was looking forward to checking this place but was disappointed. I thought it was just a one off instance & was planning to go back to check other products. After reading the reviews I decided not to bother going back there again. The experience of the gentleman who was overcharged and didn't get a refund by the owner and was rather asked to go back another tile for that is despicable & dishonest. The one thing I cannot stand & tolerate is dishonesty even for few cents. I lake a point to never go back to business who intentionally do that. For this particular business it seems a pattern rather than the exception given the reviews posted by other customers
I was tremendously disappointed by their tiramisu which wasn’t even remotely close to being like a real tiramisu since the coffee “flavouring” was at the bottom of its receptacle and the key lime pie. The pastries are just not worth the price they are charging and frankly I don’t even want to return to Rosetta to try out their pizza or other pastries due to my experience.
I entertain often and love sharing the best desserts anthat our city has to offer. To my surprise, I discovered this new gem in our city and was highly impressed by the service, offerings and management. It's not often that people take the time to ask your name, serve you based on your needs and offer you samples of the best desserts, pizza and snacks available here in Montreal. Rosetta, you are a prized find and I welcome all readers to stop by and indulge themselves in the finest experience in culinary brilliance! Kudos! Looking forward to my next event so that I can return and sample some of your delectable treats! My word, my lips are still smiling! : merci! Nb. The cake that you recommended is going to be highly welcomed by our guests. Can't wait! :
I went in and ordered a few things. Espresso was burnt and when asked to get it for here, it came in a to go cup. I then ordered a full pizza and was charged individually by the slice by one of the staff. When the manager/owner tried to rectify the situation after I had paid she just told me to come back later or tommorw. The manager brought it up on her own, I had no idea I was overcharged. I asked her why not fix the situation now, but the response was always come back later. Never ended up getting a refund or store credit.
