I've been coming here for two years, but a guy with an accent who is taking phone calls recently speaks really rude. He talks like he is looking down on someone and not really helpful. Everyone else here is nice and friendly, but I can't get over how rude he is.. so giving 2 stars.

The clinic is nearly impossible to get a hold of. Phone lines always say we're experiencing high volume of calls please call again then automatically disconnects. Additionally, upon appointment staff seem to lack sympathy/empathy and were rather cold.

I waited for 3 weeks and I clearly remember I had an appointment on the 16th but they said I’ve to be there the next day?? Excuse me

I have been calling for about 5 weeks waiting on my results. This clinic is not at all what I expected. Everytime I contact them they hang up or put me on hold for 10 mins. Would not recommend

very prompt services provided. staff are courteous and professional.
