Beautiful store, great variety of products. Not the best prices, even on sale. HORRIBLE SERVICE! After I noticed a big mistake on my order, the manager Clémentine fixed my problem, but she didn't want to admit they were wrong. Ok, fine... I proceeded to ask their very helpful employee Audrey for advice regarding certain products. I has made it clear that I was a new mom who knew nothing about babies, and wanted to open up a baby registry there. After an hour of going through specific products, Clémentine came to see me and asked me if I was done with Audrey because it had been an hour and she needed her at the cash. As if I was bothering her! Keep it mind this was a Wednesday at 4pm. I looked around and saw a 1 client being served and another one waiting. Maybe she really did need her, but it's the way she said it... I felt unwelcome and unappreciated. Is this how you treat your customers? I was willing to open up a registry there even though many relatives and friends of mine live far away from this place, but after being treated as such, I decided to open up my registry somewhere else. It's too bad they lost thousands of dollars worth or sales because of their bad service and their condescending attitude.

Nice place with good selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even help you install a car seat in your car if needed. Nice play area for the kids. Their prices are high compared to competition.

The store has great selection of products. That's pretty much the only positive thing. Don't ask for help or customer service as there is none. We bought a high chair through their online website. We were unsuccessful fixing the footrest. We went back to the store just to ask how they did with their demo, wait 30 mins with no response, asked the cashier to call up someone, wait another 30 mins and finally left the store without any customer service. Bad after sales service. Never got help at the store.
