Man i've had nothing but amazing experiences with Rose Bowl. They totally take care of me and them some. Maybe i should type in caps to get my point across... Nah i dont want to look like a crazy person. Anyways... Rose Bowl rocks.

They delivered a smaller bouquet than ordered and paid for. When we called, they did not credit us the difference. They just half-heartedly apologized. These went to a funeral home and were an embarrassment. Very disappointing!!
