Ive been going to Kennedys for years, and most recent experience was enough to end that loyalty.  I purchased two corsages for a dance with my daughters for $50 and received what you see below.  We returned to see what we could do to receive a better product and were greeted with rudeness.  They questioned why we had an issue with the flowers.  Ultimately, they trimmed the roses a bit down, didn't return the boxes stating we didn't bring them in, and left us less than pleased.   The pictures below were taken 5 minutes after leaving the store.  This will be the last time I do business at Kennedy's.

Kennedy's is the place to shop if you want more than just beautiful flowers, unique merchandise, and fantastic customer service.  Once you walk through the doors it's like one big family reunion.  Seriously, if you want to "have a little fun today," you need to check out Kennedy's...it's like the Ellen Show of Grand Rapids!!  ❤️😂❤️

Definitely 5 star. Really nice employees and great service. Bring some money though because they don’t give you low quality.

I love this store! It has such fun & unique items. The staff is always nice and friendly. Their floral arrangements are beautiful! 💐

Such a cool place to find unique items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We try to stop by whenever we are in town. Love it!!
